What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a "soft" martial art concentrating on the internal power and flow of energy. It combines a series of precision slow movement excercises, focusing on calm, rather than exertion, to achieve a powerful result.

Tai Chi increases health and wellbeing by relieving stress and improving circulation, breathing, body temperature and the lymphatic system.

Tai Chi fights disease in the body and promotes peace of mind and wisdom.
