What is QiGong?
Qi means life force. Gong means exercise.
QiGong therefore, is to exercise your life force.
QiGong invloves a series of movement, breathing and visualisation exercises which calm the mind and draw energy into the body.
Just watch a martial arts bout. Before the bout you will see the competitors using a form of moving meditation to calm the mind and create more explosive power in the body.
